Ronald Fowlkes, in this interview, was asked where the idea of his company came from and he said that he had the passion since he young, where he wanted to work with the military. This passion leads him to send application letters to the marine corps since the age of ten, but each time he kept receiving negative feedback, telling him he had to wait until he was grown, to join the army. Two weeks after his graduation, he joined the corps, at the age of 17, and this, he said, was the best decision he ever made.

Asked about his typical day, Mr. Ronald explained that how he balanced his job and personal life. Before he goes to work, he takes with his three kids, which helps in bonding. He makes a caffeinated drink on his way to the office, H got used to this sense, on the army, they were forced to consume dry Folgers crystals. He takes time to reply to his emails and phone calls after his office work. He explained how he had undergone a lot of challenges, which he has learned from. He doesn’t believe in failure either.

When he’s not working, Ronald Fowlkes he; s involved in his sports activities like coaching his son’s hockey team. He is an ultimate hockey fan, and when he is free, he attends tournaments, cheers and supports his best team.

He also teaches a hockey football league where he coaches young people about this sport he loves so much. He owns a blog known about the medium blog, where he posts about all these activities. In his blog, he recently discussed the win of NHL and Lindquist and the recent winter Olympics. His other hobbies include volunteering in charity events.
